Our food philosophy

The menu at JRooL is classically inspired, evolving from traditional recipes, presented with a modern interpretation.

We aim to deliver top quality food to our customers, using the freshest, seasonal and where possible local ingredients. Meat and fish are free range, sourcing meat locally and fish fresh from Cornwall. Our lunch menu changes regularly throughout the week whilst the evening menu changes on a weekly basis.

Eggs Benedict with a twist!

Breakfast at JRooL Bistro is always a great way to start the day. With fresh coffee or tea and a tasty dish from our kitchen. Take our Eggs Benedict with a twist for example, a famous dish from across the pond consisting traditionally of fresh muffins, poached eggs, bacon and hollandaise sauce.

Our chef has taken this and added his own touch to this classic breakfast meal replacing the hollandaise with his own tasty cheese sauce. Eggs Benejrool anyone?
